Getting started in 5 steps
Create your account
Head to our signup page and create a free account. You will need a valid email address to get started.
Set up your workspace
After signing in, you will be guided through a quick onboarding flow. Choose any plan for now, select your reservation types, and add your business details. You must complete this step before you can redeem your access code.
Redeem your access code
Important: You must finish onboarding and set up your workspace first — the code will not work without it. Once your workspace is ready, go to Settings in your dashboard. You will find a "Have an access code?" card near the bottom. Enter the code we sent you and click Redeem.
Enjoy full access
Your workspace will instantly unlock the highest tier with all premium features. The access period and details are defined by the code you received.

We genuinely value your input. Use the Support section in your dashboard to send us feedback, report issues, or suggest improvements. Every message goes directly to our team.
What's new to try
Your beta access unlocks every plan tier, including these recent additions we'd love feedback on.
Kitchen Orders
Per-reservation order tracker for restaurant and venue resources. Add food, drink and other items with quantity, price, status (received, preparing, ready, served) and notes for allergies or modifiers. Open it from the Kitchen panel in the sidebar.
Hotel rooms and bulk create
Accommodation resources support multiple room types (capacity, base price, optional breakfast, bed mix). Use Bulk create rooms to generate a numbered sequence (for example 101 to 120) in one action.
Wellness services menu
Wellness resources (hairdresser, masseur, makeup artist) have a tickable services menu. Each entry has a name, optional price and a duration in 5 minute steps up to 8 hours. The booking length and price update live as guests pick services.
Multi-site overrides
Business tier lets you create multiple sites and override almost every setting per site: opening hours, email templates, branding, business name and reply-to. Use Reset to defaults to fall back to the tenant value.
Calendar sync (iCal)
Subscribe to your reservations from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or Thunderbird. Find your private feed URL in Settings, Calendar Sync, and rotate it any time.
Offers to Reservations report
The Reports panel shows how many offers converted into reservations for the selected period, with a dedicated CSV export of every offer and its linked reservations.
Good to know
How long does my access last?
The duration is set by the access code you received. You can see your remaining time in the dashboard. When the period ends, your data stays safe and you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your data is stored securely and isolated from other users. We take privacy seriously and never share your information.
Can I invite my team?
Yes! Your beta access includes all premium features, so you can add staff members through the Admin section in your dashboard.
What happens after beta?
When your beta period ends, you can subscribe to any plan. Your data and settings carry over seamlessly. No need to start over.
