Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You get a message notifying you about your trial converting to a paid subscription. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends, no charge. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts. If you cancel after subscription has started, you will be invoiced for the first billing cycle, which is 30 days.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What reservation types can I choose?
Restaurant (table bookings), Venue (event space inquiries), Gasthaus/Guesthouse (room reservations), and Wellness Services (appointment bookings for hairdressers, masseurs, makeup artists, and similar providers). Basic lets you pick one. Pro unlocks all types, one per type, on a single site. Business adds unlimited sites.
Can I use my own domain?
Each business gets a branded subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.mimmobook.com), and you can already use your own web address with it. In the dashboard, the "Share booking page" card has an "Your own address" tab: it shows how to point something like booking.yoursite.com at your booking page with a forward at your domain provider, and it gives you copy-paste code to embed the booking page or add a "Book now" button to your site, so your own address stays visible. Fully hosted custom domains are on our roadmap and will then be offered with enterprise pricing.
What's the difference between AI chatbot support and 24-hour response support?
All plans include MimmoAid, our AI chatbot that can answer questions, help troubleshoot issues, and guide you through features instantly. The chatbot is available 24/7 in your dashboard. The Business plan adds 24-hour response support: you can escalate any conversation to our team on the platform via the chatbot and receive a guaranteed response within 24 hours.
