    • •Complete the onboarding wizard to name your business and choose your reservation types.
    • •Customize your branding (logo, colors) in Settings.
    • •Share your booking link with customers!

    • •Use the Calendar view for a visual overview of upcoming bookings.
    • •Switch to the List view to filter by status, type, or date range.
    • •Click any reservation to edit details, add notes, or change status.
    • •Confirmation and cancellation emails are sent automatically.

    • •Go to Settings → Email Templates to customize your emails.
    • •Preview how emails look before sending using the built-in preview.
    • •Add custom messages per reservation when confirming or cancelling.
    • •Emails support multi-language content (EN, FI, SV).

    Settings & Resource Pages

Customize your public booking page with your brand identity.

    • •Upload your logo and set primary/accent colors in Settings.
    • •Add a hero image for your booking page header.
    • •Business description appears on the booking page for guests.

    Opening Hours

Configure when your business accepts bookings for each type.

    • •Set default opening hours per reservation type (restaurant, venue, hotel, wellness, custom) at the organization level. They apply to every matching resource unless overridden.
    • •Pick the same hours for every open day, or set different hours per day, and mark individual days as closed.
    • •Opening hours drive which time slots appear on the public booking page.
    • •Use blocked slots to temporarily close a specific date or time range without changing your weekly schedule.
    • •Three layers, finest wins: tenant defaults, then per-site overrides (Business plan), then per-resource hours. Any resource type can have its own weekly schedule, not just restaurants.
    • •Occasional working slots: open a specific date and time window for sporadic workers (e.g. a wellness practitioner who only works some Saturdays). The booking calendar enables that day even when the weekly schedule marks it closed; blocked slots still apply.
    • •Each resource can override its timezone (IANA name like Europe/Helsinki). When unset, it inherits the organization timezone. All wall-clock checks (today, weekday, slot generation) use the resource's effective timezone.

    Resources & Rooms

Manage rooms, tables, and event spaces that can be booked.

    • •Add resources in the Resources section of your dashboard.
    • •Set capacity, pricing, and descriptions for each resource.
    • •Upload photos to showcase your spaces on the booking page.
    • •Deactivate resources to temporarily hide them from bookings.

    User Management

Invite team members and manage roles and permissions.

    • •Owners can invite staff via the Admin panel.
    • •Roles: Owner (full access), Admin (manage resources), Staff (view reservations).
    • •Approve or remove team members at any time.
    • •The plans have a staff user and a reservation type limits, upgrade to add more.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about MimmoBook.

    • •Q: Can I use my own domain? A: Custom domains are on our roadmap.
    • •Q: How do guests receive confirmations? A: Automatically via email when you confirm a booking.
    • •Q: Can I export my data? A: Yes, reports can be exported from the Reports panel.
    • •Q: What's the difference between AI chatbot and priority support? A: All plans include MimmoAid, our 24/7 AI chatbot. Business plan adds support requests asked on the platform with a guaranteed 24-hour response.
    • •Reports: open Reports, choose a period at the top, then use Drill-down by resource to go from a service to a resource, product or tour and on to its bookings. Every level downloads as CSV or PDF. Use Print whole page, or Print this section on any card. Each booking is saved with the resource the guest or staff chose, including bookings made from offers. Older bookings that could not be matched to one resource show as Not linked to a resource. Group by Utilisation of capacity, Offer or direct booking, or Kitchen items for more detail, and use Copy link to share the exact view and period. The overview follows the period chosen at the top.
    • •Offer from a guest booking: open a booking a guest made on your booking page and press Make an offer. The guest's name, contact details, date, times, number of guests, space, event type, special requests and language fill the offer for you. Add the menu, validity and invoicing details, then send the offer email as usual. When the guest accepts, press Confirm on the offer: the original booking becomes the full confirmed reservation with the agreed price, so the guest is never booked twice.
    • •Offer status and guest acceptance: every offer shows Pending, Accepted, Declined, Expired or Draft, and the buttons at the top of Offers filter by status. Set a Valid until date; open offers become Expired after that day and show Expires soon three days before. Use Mark declined or Reopen as the guest decides. Each offer email has a private link where the guest reviews the offer and presses Accept offer. You get a notification and the offer shows Guest accepted, then you press Confirm to make the booking. An offer made from a guest booking shows that booking's guest and contact details, and the booking lists its offers.
    • •How do I build a shift list? Open Staffing, press Staff to add roles and people, then New shift list. Pick the role and name on each row and type shifts like 10-18, or codes V, X, Z, L and P for days off and leave. Rows total hours, Sunday and holiday, evening and night hours using your Pay rules and ratios. Pro and Business also record realized hours, download CSV and show staffing needs per hour from your bookings. Business adds a payroll Excel file and a change history. All plans can keep as many shift lists as they need. With several locations, each list belongs to one location or to all locations: choose it when creating the list or later under Location of this list, and the Location filter shows that location's lists plus all-locations lists.
    • •How do I get started with Staffing? Owners and admins see Set up staffing at the top of the Staffing page. It walks through four steps: add your locations, add roles and staff, assign staff to locations with Works at (optional; All locations means they can work anywhere), and create your first shift list. Finished steps get a green tick. Hide guide tucks it away and the Setup guide button brings it back. A shift list for one location only offers staff who work there or at all locations.
