Many bookings are really the start of a conversation. A guest asks for a room for a birthday dinner for 30, a team day with lunch, or a wedding tasting. The booking page captures the basics, but you still need to agree on the menu, the price and the details. Until now that meant copying everything from the booking into a separate offer by hand.
In MimmoBook you now open the guest's booking and press Make an offer. The name, email, phone, date, times, number of guests, space, event type, special requests and language move onto the offer automatically. You only add what the guest could not know: the menu, the price, how long the offer is valid and the invoicing details.
The offer is sent with your branded PDF and email, exactly like any other offer. When the guest accepts, press Confirm. MimmoBook turns the original booking into the full confirmed reservation with the agreed price and space, and adds any linked bookings such as rooms or dining. The guest never ends up with two bookings, and your reports show that the booking came from an offer.
